I would suggest asking your Dr but there are several prescription pain medications that do not contain Tylenol or ibuprofen but would offer more pain relief then naproxen that can be taken with Lisinopril. Ultram & tramadol are a couple that come to mind. For more serious pain theres always Hydromorphone & Morphine sulfate.
